Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Edward Warr

Dr. Warr and his family have made Southern Oregon home for 15 years. They enjoy rafting the Rogue, beautiful sunsets, and hiking in the woods. When he is not in the office or with family, you can find him running in the mountains. An avid trail runner and mountaineer, Dr. Warr has summited many local peaks as well as Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere. He received his dental training at the University of Louisville, graduating in 2002. While there he spent two years in an extracurricular research lab studying craniofacial birth defects and another two years studying the behavioral effects of dental disease on severely mentally and physically handicapped adults.

Along the way, Dr. Warr has dedicated an enormous amount of time to developing his abilities with dental implants. He has earned diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists by completing hundreds of hours of continuing education, submitting his work for peer review, and successfully passing written and oral examinations. The surgical planning and placement of dental implants as well as the placing of teeth on dental implants is incredibly exciting to Dr. Warr.

“Dental implants enable me to help my patients smile and function again in a way that positively impacts their overall well-being, not just their dental health.” Dr. Warr holds professional membership with the American and Oregon Dental Associations, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and the Academy of General Dentistry. His current educational objective is diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology. In addition to constantly pursuing continued education, Dr. Warr has served as a board member and president of the Southern Oregon Dental Society.

He has also volunteered at numerous community venues (VA in White City, Tooth Taxi, St. Vincent’s, Medford Children’s Clinic, etc.)over the years to help those in need. He enjoys helping people smile and feel confident.
